Cities of Beijing Bucket List

Visit Beijing, capital of China. Explore the Forbidden City (a vast imperial palace complex with over 980 buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties), walk the Great Wall (an ancient fortification stretching thousands of kilometers with sections like Mutianyu offering scenic views), and see the Temple of Heaven (a UNESCO site where emperors prayed for good harvests, known for its circular Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests).
