4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through Bucketly. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through Bucketly, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. Bucketly does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or communications posted via Bucketly.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy
Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware
Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," or any other form of solicitation

Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of Bucketly or any other systems or networks connected to Bucketly

5.2 Service Integrity

You agree not to:

Modify, adapt, or hack Bucketly or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with Bucketly
Crawl, scrape, or otherwise cache any content from Bucketly
Use automated methods to access or use Bucketly without our express permission

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bucketly, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Bucketly is a platform that allows users to create and share bucket list items, some of which may involve inherently dangerous activities (such as extreme sports, adventure travel, or challenging physical feats). You acknowledge and agree that:

Bucketly does not endorse, recommend, or encourage participation in any dangerous or potentially harmful activities
Bucketly is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may result from your pursuit of any bucket list activities
You are solely responsible for assessing the risks associated with any activity before undertaking it
You should consult with appropriate professionals, obtain proper training, secure necessary permits, and take all appropriate safety precautions before engaging in any activity

8.2 Activities Potentially Harmful to Others

Some bucket list items may involve interaction with wildlife, natural environments, or cultural sites. You acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for researching and understanding the ethical and environmental implications of your activities
Bucketly is not responsible for any harm to animals, environments, or cultural heritage sites that may result from your pursuit of bucket list activities
You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding the treatment of animals, preservation of natural environments, and respect for cultural sites

8.3 Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any activity you undertake is legal in the jurisdiction where it is performed. Bucketly does not guarantee the legality of any bucket list item in any jurisdiction and bears no responsibility for users' compliance with local laws and regulations.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.2 Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 60 days, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the European Union Arbitration Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court.
