Visit Burj Khalifa

The palm-shaped artificial island, seen best from The View at the Palm observation deck or a monorail ride down the trunk.

The world’s most visited mall: 1,200 shops, an aquarium wall, an Olympic ice rink and the Burj Khalifa at the door.

Wind-tower houses, the Dubai Museum and an abra boat across the Creek to the gold and spice souks — Dubai before the towers.

Visit Dubai, a futuristic city in the United Arab Emirates. Ascend the Burj Khalifa (world's tallest building at 828m with observation decks on the 124th and 148th floors), shop at the Dubai Mall (one of the largest malls globally with an aquarium and ice rink), experience desert safaris in the Arabian Desert (dune bashing, camel rides, and traditional Bedouin camps), and admire the Palm Jumeirah (artificial archipelago shaped like a palm tree with luxury hotels).

Dune-bashing in a 4x4, sandboarding, camel rides and a Bedouin-style dinner with falconry as the sun sets over the sand.

The world’s largest choreographed fountain fires 150 metres into the air below the Burj Khalifa every half hour after dark.

Cruise on the outside of the Burj Khalifa, and the sandstorm chase.

Eighty-two white marble domes, the world’s largest hand-knotted carpet and reflective pools — Abu Dhabi’s masterpiece.
